Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Lake Eufaula Retreats. Please review our terms and conditions before booking your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are not allowed within 30 days of your reservation date. Please ensure you confirm your plans before this period to avoid penalties.

Pet Policy:
- A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies to all reservations with pets.
- All pets must be listed on your reservation at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or cancellation of your reservation.

Check-Out Time:
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- If you fail to vacate the property by 10:15 AM, a late check-out fee of $75 per hour will apply.

Damage Hold:
- A $250 refundable damage hold will be placed on your credit card at the time of booking.
- After check-out, the hold will be released within 7 business days, provided there is no damage to the property.
- Any damage discovered after check-out may result in additional charges.

Damages and Liability:
- Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, furniture, appliances, or other property inside the rental.
- If any damage is discovered upon check-out or during the post-check-out inspection, the cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the credit card on file, in addition to the $250 refundable damage hold.
- In the event of excessive damage or destruction of property, additional charges may apply, and the guest may be liable for costs that exceed the damage hold amount.
