Welcome to Casa Verde – a high-end, newly renovated home with partial lake views and stylish touches throughout. This fully furnished retreat features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and sleeps 6 comfortably. The spacious open-concept living area includes a cozy electric fireplace and large smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the lake. Conveniently located near Eufaula and Nichols Point, it’s stocked with all the essentials for your perfect getaway. Guests will have full access to the entire home, except for a locked cleaning closet and the detached garage. Casa Verde is your private retreat near Eufaula and Nichols Point—relax, unwind, and enjoy all the comforts of this beautifully updated getaway. We give guests their space but are always just a message or phone call away if you need anything during your stay. We're happy to offer recommendations or help with any questions that come up. There is parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Please note that a boat or trailer counts as one vehicle toward the total.

September 2025 4.00Kacy was very helpful letting us change our reservation to another of her properties because I booked the wrong dates by mistake and one of the days I needed had already gotten booked. The place was easy to find and it is really decorated cute on the inside. The master bed was super comfortable as well as the living room couch.

August 2025 5.00Lovely home that was thoughtfully decorated. Most everything seemed new. Loved the cacti outside in the front yard. Enjoyed all the windows and the abundance of deer that walked through the neighborhood daily. The fenced in backyard was also nice with pets. Not far from a boat ramp or from the conveniences of Eufaula.

July 2025 5.00We had a wonderful stay at Casa Verde! The home is beautifully updated, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing trip. Big windows offer peaceful lake views, and the quiet, secluded neighborhood made it feel like a true escape. The new washer/dryer was a great bonus, and the host even left some welcome snacks, which was a really thoughtful touch. We brought our dog and were able to let him roam freely in the fenced-in yard, which made things even more enjoyable. The neighbor has a goat and pig (safely fenced in)—our child especially loved watching them.
