The spacious open-concept living area includes a cozy electric fireplace and large smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the lake. Conveniently located near Eufaula and Nichols Point, it’s stocked with all the essentials for your perfect getaway. Guests will have full access to the entire home, except for a locked cleaning closet and the detached garage. Casa Verde is your private retreat near Eufaula and Nichols Point—relax, unwind, and enjoy all the comforts of this beautifully updated getaway. We give guests their space but are always just a message or phone call away if you need anything during your stay. We're happy to offer recommendations or help with any questions that come up. There is parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Please note that a boat or trailer counts as one vehicle toward the total.
