Casa Verde! Updated 3bed/1.5 bath, Close to Nichols Point!

Very nice place . Has a partial view of the lake which is nice. House had everything we needed for the stay . Our only 2 things we want to advise is Nebiours have dogs and they like to bark but not to bad as it’s only during the day . Other thing worth mentioning is if you have any type of disability with lifting legs or something like that you will find it very difficult to get in and out if the shower as the tub edge is very high and a small space to go between to get in the shower. Other then those things place us great and has a very specious living/ dining open concept area.

Looks exactly like the pictures, had everything we needed, extremely clean and Kacy was so kind.

We had a Great stay remotley WFH; Lovely outlook from super large main room, which is well insulated and cozy with the fire making a nice centerpoint. Beds were very good, supportive and comfortable, with nice sheets etc.

Host was great to work with! Home was very nice, especially the expansive living area and gorgeous kitchen! View of lake was nice! We would certainly stay again!

Our long weekend at Kacy’s place was perfect, comfy, well appointed and very clean. Excellent host. We’ll look forward to another stay next year.

Very nice place and peaceful to stay

Kacy was very helpful letting us change our reservation to another of her properties because I booked the wrong dates by mistake and one of the days I needed had already gotten booked. The place was easy to find and it is really decorated cute on the inside. The master bed was super comfortable as well as the living room couch.

Lovely home that was thoughtfully decorated. Most everything seemed new. Loved the cacti outside in the front yard. Enjoyed all the windows and the abundance of deer that walked through the neighborhood daily. The fenced in backyard was also nice with pets. Not far from a boat ramp or from the conveniences of Eufaula.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Verde! The home is beautifully updated, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing trip. Big windows offer peaceful lake views, and the quiet, secluded neighborhood made it feel like a true escape. The new washer/dryer was a great bonus, and the host even left some welcome snacks, which was a really thoughtful touch. We brought our dog and were able to let him roam freely in the fenced-in yard, which made things even more enjoyable. The neighbor has a goat and pig (safely fenced in)—our child especially loved watching them.
