Lakeside Retreat & Game Haven!

Really loved the game room/spare bedroom that was separate from the house. We spent a majority of our time out there. Only part that was a little inconvenient was the narrow driveway and the gate half way up the driveway, when it comes to have 2 boat trailers. Trying to back the boat up thru it was very tough. Only leaves about 4 inches on each side of the boat trailer to navigate.

Very responsive and provide detailed instructions. Found damage to a wall upon arrival, notified host and she offered have it fixed immediately. Amenities were as advertised. Overall very enjoyable stay.

We stayed there for a guys golf outing. We had a great time. The place was amazing and comfortably accommodated all of us.

Place was super fun, super clean, and the host was extremely responsive thank you guys for everything!

This stay was greatly appreciated. It accommodated my coworkers his wife and myself perfectly. We really enjoyed the place. Good places to eat within 5 minutes. Highly recommend this bnb. Great spot.

We had an excellent time. Plenty of room to relax after a long day on the lake.

Reel Simple was a comfortable, convenient and peaceful retreat. It was just as described and the layout with the guest house with pool table and outdoor patio was perfect. We were planning scheming a way to return before we had even left.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, well appointed, and matched the description perfectly. Only 2 blocks away from the lake and easy access to town. Very quiet and safe neighborhood too!

Really enjoyed our stay! Great house and great hosts!

We had a great stay. The house was clean and well stocked, our kids loved the game room. It was just a block away from the marina!

great place nice host exceeded my expectations and kids loved the game room

Kacy’s place has a great game room for a group to hang out. The sleeping situation wasn’t super clear to us until we arrived, the third bedroom is in the back of the game room garage and away from the rest of us. The outdoor space was dirty, fire pit ashes were dumped on the concrete and grass. The cushions on the outdoor chairs were torn and stuffing was on the ground. Kacy was responsive to the cushions and replaced them right away. The biggest issue we had was the carpeting in the house was dirty and worn looking in the house and there was a slight smell to it. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean.

Kacy’s Airbnb was hands down one of the best stays we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home away from home — spotless, cozy, welcoming, and every little detail was thought out perfectly. The atmosphere made the entire weekend unforgettable for me and my family. What really stood out was how comfortable and relaxing everything felt. The space was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we needed to make special memories together. My son had an amazing time, and seeing how excited he was made the trip even more meaningful. Kacy was an incredible host — responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. You can tell a lot of love and effort goes into this place. If you’re looking for an Airbnb that feels special the second you arrive, this is it. We left with memories we’ll never forget and already can’t wait to come back. Thank you again, Kacy, for making our weekend so perfect! 10/10

Perfect setup! Looking forward to coming back.

Kacy's place was fantastic. We enjoyed the game room with the pool table, the multiple comfortable sleeping accommodations, and the outdoor patio. There's so much to do in this beautiful area. And I would highly recommend Kacy's place!

Excellent property would visit again!!!

What a great place to hang out for a bit! We had a couple fishing teams stay together and we all had a blast playing pool, foosball and other games. Definitely on our list.

The family and I had a great day. It was very warm and comforting. Any issues the host was very gracious and responsive to our needs the home had all the amenities that one would need and more had a great day thank you.

Great stay for a visit with family! Plenty of space, well stocked and lots of games available!

This place is so cute and cozy. I’m impressed with how the owners utilized the space in the house. My favorite area was the game room…it is beautiful. I felt like I had rented two different homes staying there. The beds have comfortable mattresses on them. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. The grill worked great. I have zero complaints about this place and I hope I’m able to go back and stay there again sometime. I also loved that they provided hot chocolate for the Keurig…it was so good and hit the spot in the cold weather.

beautiful place spend time with family, friends.

We had a great time and look forward to staying again.

The place was quaint and fun, with thoughtful small touches that we really appreciated. It has plenty of character and offered a comfortable stay overall. The amenities were a nice bonus. Kacy was friendly and very responsive throughout our visit.

Your house was cute and cozy it was very welcoming for me and my family of 10 we appreciate that you accommodated all our needs you were very responsive and we would love to stay at your place again looking forward to the next trip

We are 100% satisfied with our stay! The home was clean and our family had plenty of space to spread out and do different activities. From the street, the home looks to be small, but there truly is a lot of area available on the property. Additionally, I love that so much thought was put into the details. The kitchen had everything that we could possibly need and there were ample supplies for coffee and hot chocolate provided by the host. There were board games and cards and, of course, foosball and the pool table! They even provided minute supplies like Q-tips in the bathroom. The beds and pillows were super comfortable as well. We absolutely look forward to staying here again!

the location was cozy and clean hosts were super responsive we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the fire pit in the back was a wonderful touch

Perfect Place! Looked just like the photos and a peaceful place for all of our family! Thank you!

This was a great place for our family to hang out and spend time with a new granddaughter and her family!

We loved our stay here! It was a spacious spot with a ton to do at the cabin, and a great outdoor area. There's also a great hang out area with a pool table, TV, and a foosball table. Our host was very quick to respond as well and very helpful with questions. Would recommend!

The place was perfect for our group. We had a mixture of ages and with the 2 sleeping/activity spaces it was great! The lake was just a short walk away, as was town. The backyard was larger than it seemed in the pictures, which a bonus!

My family and I had a great time staying here! Place was clean, close to everything in Eufala, and was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again!

Greatly enjoyed this stay. Would highly recommend

This place is wonderful! Clean house and a place to hang out after a busy day.

Nice place.

Kacy was a fantastic communicator and the amenities were awesome

beautiful home just as described

My team and I were in an real pinch. The house we originally booked fell through and Kacy was quick to respond when I sent my initial message, sent me multiple options and was extremely accommodating. She saved the day, literally!

Kacy was a great host. Everything was exactly as described, plenty of room to fit everyone and the pool table was a nice touch. Would stay again!

Very great host, property & stay! We'll definitely be back!
