Welcome to your lakefront getaway in Porum, offering beautiful views of “The Cut” and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the water. This spacious open-concept home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups. The primary suite includes a king bed, Smart TV, and private patio access, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower with a double sink vanity. The living room is designed for comfort and entertainment with a large sectional sofa, Smart TV, and even a craps table for added fun. Just off the living area, double doors open to a large lakefront patio—perfect for gathering and enjoying the view. The fully stocked kitchen includes an electric stove, basic spices and cooking oil, a dining table with seating for 4, and additional seating for 4 at the bar. Step outside to enjoy the expansive patio, complete with: * Two lounge chairs * A pub-style table with seating for 4 * A square dining table with seating for 6 * A large outdoor Smart TV * A propane BBQ grill A short walk leads you down to the lake, where you can rent one of our stylish kayaks or bring your boat and use the private boat slip. Additional sleeping arrangements include: * Bedroom 2: Queen bed * Bedroom 3: Two full-size beds Bathroom 2 features double vanities and a tub/shower combo, while Bathroom 3 (located off the laundry room) includes a walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. This home also includes access to a designated, clearly marked dock. Please use only this dock during your stay and respect that all other docks in the area are private property. Guests will have full access to the entire home, except for a locked cleaning closet, the primary bedroom closet, and the detached garage. We give guests their space but are always just a message or phone call away if you need anything during your stay. We're happy to offer recommendations or help with any questions that come up. 📍 Location Details This home offers a peaceful, tucked-away setting perfect for unplugging and relaxing. Please note that it is approximately 10 minutes from the nearest convenience store/dollar store and about 30 minutes to downtown Eufaula. We recommend planning ahead and bringing groceries or supplies with you so you can fully enjoy your stay without extra trips. The quiet surroundings and beautiful views make the short drive well worth it! 🚚Parking available for 8 vehicles. A truck and boat count as 2 vehicles. 🔥 Propane grill available for guest use. Propane is provided for your convenience. Do not add charcoal as this may cause damage and will result in a fee. September 2026 5.00I chose this home for a family trip and birthday party for my 74-year-old mother and elderly father. Specifically I was looking for somewhere that had land in front of the property that was walkable to the lake and this was a nice flat walk. My dad drove his car right to the dock. we were able to easily walk out onto a dock and fish. The back porch was covered and very large with plenty of outdoor furniture. It was a nice touch that they provided Propane for the grill. It was a three bedroom with three full bathrooms, so there was plenty of privacy comfortable sofa and the kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of towels and a washer and dryer. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and I would book this unit again. We did not have a boat, but the coat that we were in was pretty neat because there was a beach area on our side and a large beach across the cove where people entered their boats. There was a nice swimming area right outside the house. There’s a Dollar General and a marina and tackle shop all within about 10 or 15 minutes.

August 2026 5.00Absolutely wonderful location, host etc! No complaints! Suggest renting golf cart. The walk to the lake can be tedious with gear in tow.
