Overview

3-story retreat features 4 king rooms, including a primary suite w/ soaker tub & double showers. The lower level has 4 twin beds, kitchenette, Smart TV, shuffleboard, and patio with firepit & bbq grill. Multiple decks showcase Lake Eufaula sunsets. Carlton Landing offers pools, hot tub, courts, trails, parks, swim beach, Aqua Park, shops & dining.  ***We also have another profile for this home that includes the garage apartment, allowing the property to sleep up to 18 guests in total.***

Main home (Sleeps 12)
-Entry Level

Open concept with a fully stocked kitchen (includes basic spices and oil), dining room with large table, and living room with Smart TV. Laundry room and half bath for convenience. King bedroom with private balcony and ensuite bath with shower only. Large balcony off the kitchen/dining/living area features a big table for gathering and enjoying evening meals with lake views.

-Lower Level

Perfect for kids or extra guests with 4 twin bunk beds, Smart TV, shuffleboard game, and kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, and toaster oven. Walk out to a covered patio overlooking the lake with access to the pellet grill and firepit for evening fun.

-Upper Level

Three king bedrooms, including the luxurious primary suite with Smart TV, spa bath with soaking tub and double showers, and a private balcony with panoramic lake views. The two additional bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub and shower, and one includes its own private balcony.

Guests will have access to the entire main home, with the exception of a locked cleaning closet on the lower level.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked, with thoughtful touches like a pack and play for the baby, chargers by every bed, and plenty of pillows and blankets. The lake views from the balconies were gorgeous, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We loved the bunk room and having plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. Check-in and check-out were easy, instructions were clear, and the whole stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We’d happily stay here again!

The perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway. The kitchen was so well-stocked, and they truly had everything needed for a turn-key, enjoyable stay. check-in was easy, the home was spotless, everything was in great shape. Truly such a great stay. Everyone enjoyed their time here. Kacy was very accommodating and responsive when we had to come back to retrieve a forgotten item after checkout. The one downside was mostly preference. several of my guests mentioned the beds were uncomfortably firm, so if a softer bed is what you're looking for, this may not be the one. All things considered, 9/10. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much!

I booked this home for a cousin reunion. There were four couples. The bedrooms each had a king bed which was perfect. We had a great weekend. The home is beautiful. The view was outstanding. We ate lunch at The Meeting House on property and the food was very good. Kacy is the best host. She responded to me very quickly to answer a couple of questions. I would rent this home again.

We had an incredible experience for our staff retreat! 10/10 would recommend for a family or professional retreat. My team was comfortable and it provided the perfect peaceful setting for reflection and problem solving. The setting at Carlton Landing was picture perfect there in the water. The value for the price can’t be understated. The responsiveness of our gracious host was top grade. Would stay again 5 times over!

Three families stayed here (plus the garage apartment) for fall break and we had a magnificent time. The views are beautiful and the house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved it here and cannot wait to go back.
